The minimum age of the hirer and any driver is 23 years. Both the renter and the driver must have had a Class B driving licence or an equivalent national/international driving license for 2 years. Delivery of the motorhome requires the tenant and/or drivers to show a valid driver’s license
identification/passport before taking over. If a lack of this leads to a delay in taking over
if it happens at the tenant’s expense. If identification is not available either
takeover or within a reasonable period, the lessor may withdraw from the contract.

The car can only be driven by the hirer and the drivers who are registered against chargingfee, when the car is to be collected. The tenant undertakes to register and, at the landlord’s request, provide his name and
address of all the drivers to whom he leaves the car, also only occasionally. The tenant must
take responsibility for the behavior of the driver to whom he entrusts the car, in the same way
for which he must take responsibility for himself.
